An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.
For this role our client is looking to recruit a talented leader with a strong customer focus ethic to run the Customer Services department and support the advisors who deal with customers and business partners.
As a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader your role will involve managing and motivating the team through effective leadership, and offering development support and direction.
You will also monitor the customer registration process, manage job planning and ensure the required productivity levels are met, whilst making sure customer queries and issues are dealt with promptly. Full company training will be provided.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Previous experience of managing/supervising a customer services or sales team
- An understanding of telesales techniques and ability to train on these
- Experience of meeting and exceeding targets
As a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader you’ll also need a good level of computer literacy, and the ability to be a good role model for your team.
